YIELD: 6 MEAT LOAF
COOKING TEMP: 375F PORTION: 2 in. (4 OZ) SLICE
COOKING TIME: 1 HR COOKING PAN: LOAF PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef ground lean : 1 1/2 lb 1. Combine beef, oats, onions, egg,
| Oats : 1/3 cp salt, pepper, beef seasoning and
| Onions chopped : 1/4 cp boiling water. Do Not Overmix.
| Eggs : 1 2. Shape to form loaf.
| Salt : 1 ts
| Pepper black : 1/4 ts 3. Combine tomato puree, brown sugar
| Beef seasoning : 1/2 ts and mustard. Pour over unbaked
| Water hot : 1/2 cp loaves.
| Tomato puree : 1/2 cp 4. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. Cut to
| Sugar brown : 2 Tb serve.
| Mustard prepared : 2 1/4 ts
